Hello wonderful cyber friends!

I have ventured down a new career path over the last few months and have been taking Real Estate courses to become a Real Estate Agent. I am doing my final course this week and write my last exam on the 18th and I have negotiated a position with a brokerage to start with as soon as I get my license. We're very excited about everything and I can't wait to get started!

So here's my question for everyone... In an attempt to create an image for themselves many Realtors come up with a tagline or slogan for themselves. What does everyone think of these slogans? Feel free to suggest some if you can think of something "catchy" and memorable, but not corny. I want to put forth a professional image and have something people will remember every time the think of buying or selling a house. Thanks. Looking forward to reading your suggestions!

PS... If anyone in the area is buying or selling and needs an agent to represent them I'll be licensed by the end of the month

I know that when we were buying I recognized sales agents based on their tag lines and more importantly their image (I'd seen them on bus shelters etc)
I'll keep my thinking cap on for something catchy

A bit obvious given the name of your blog but somethng about you always being ready and willing to go that next step might be a starting point.

What does your new job mean to you? What does selling a house mean to you? Are you hoping to deal mostly with first time home buyers or people who've done this before?

congrats that sounds exciting! tag lines....hmmm I would do something like "finding a house, for you to make a home" or something along those lines...I'll keep thinking of stuff

You know, the corny slogans are there for a reason - they're the only ones I can remember right now. (For example, there's an agent called Faith something or rather and her slogan is 'Faith moves houses'.)

But really, I think word of mouth and networking is soooo much more important. Our agent is awesome and makes tons of money, but his website is pretty basic and I don't think he even has a slogan. His secret is that he can pack an open house and get the kind of buzz going that you'd expect at a raging party.

Survival Rate by weeks pregnant

Another obsession I have had is counting down each week of this pregnancy trying to get to a stage where the baby will survive if the unthinkable should happen... found this on line:

Up until 21 weeks: 0% survival rate
at 22 weeks: 0-10% survival rate
at 23 weeks: 10-35% survival rate
at 24 weeks: 40-70% survival rate
at 25 weeks: 50-80% survival rate
at 26 weeks: 80-90% survival rate
at 27 weeks: greater than 90% survival rate
