Update on Aylish

Posted by Lilygirl2727 , 15 November 2010 · 1244 views

First of all, thank you all so much for your kind words and support.    It makes me so happy to know that so many people are thinking about and praying for Aylish.  She is still in the NICU on a ventilator.  She had a really rough first couple of days.   Every time we would go in the room, there would be a new problem.  Every new x-ray showed worsening lu...

Please pray for my little girl..

Aylish was born yesterday along with her brother Sawyer at 35.5 weeks.  We thought everything was okay.  But her respirations became very rapid and they sent her down to NICU for observation.   Today we found out that she has air in the lining of her lungs, in the center of her chest.  If it doesn't resolve itself then they have to put a chest tube in...

2nd beta back today

Posted by Lilygirl2727 , 12 April 2010 · 718 views

It was 15700 at 22dpo.  I am torn between being thrilled and being scared to death.   My ultrasound is in about 10 days.   The RE says its not unrealistic to think that all 3 implanted.  That raises so many fears in me that I don't even know how to express them all.   I ask for God's help and guidance.

Well, I wasn't expecting that....

I was so nervous before my beta yesterday.  I had the positive pee sticks all week so I knew it would be postiive, but I was worried that maybe it wouldn't be as high as I would have liked.  I was praying for at least 250.     When they called with the results, I made DH take the call as he always does because I am such a big chicken.  He hung up and...

Miracles really do happen...

Posted by Lilygirl2727 , 31 March 2010 · 848 views

I got my BFP 3.5dp5dt.  I just can't believe it.  I used one of the new FRER's that came out last month that is supposed to tell you 6 days early, and it came up positive.   I think I am in shock.  I have had such lousy luck with FET's in the past that I didn't prepare myself for this cycle at all.  I drank  a lot of wine and ate a lot of...

FET cycle has begun

Posted by Lilygirl2727 , 10 March 2010 · 539 views

It is really hard to get excited about it since I have done so many FET's in the past with no success.  I am definitely a "fresh cycle" kind of girl.  BUT, I am still going to give it the best shot I can and hope for the best.  I am on day 3 of estrace.  So far I have been moody, moody, and moody.  And did I say moody? I feel like I want to ki...

Seeing double.........

Posted by Lilygirl2727 , 27 December 2009 · 420 views

I was at the mall tonite and saw a set of identical twin boys.  It made me sad because it reminded me of the twins I lost.   Then 10 minutes later, I saw another set.  It was really weird.  And every store we went to, there they were.   When we stopped at the gift wrap stand to put our coats on, there they were.  I believe in signs, and I have to wonder.....

Where have all my hormones gone???

Posted by Lilygirl2727 , 23 December 2009 · 439 views

It has been a month since my D&C and my cycle still seems to be at a standstill.   No CM changes whatsoever.  It would be kind of nice to see a little "activity" down there so I would know that my hormones are are getting back on track.  Maybe the further along you are in your pregnancy, the longer it takes to get your cycle going again after...

I got my genetic testing results on the twins

Posted by Lilygirl2727 , 16 December 2009 · 611 views

It was normal.  I am pretty devastated about it.  My babies were perfectly normal and I will never have an explanation as to why they died.   It will always be a huge question mark over my life.  I really wanted it to come back abnormal so I would know that the babies were never meant to survive.  That would have been so much easier than wondering for the...

Just trying to stay busy

Posted by Lilygirl2727 , 08 December 2009 · 476 views

Hopefully it will make time go by faster.  I am still spotting after my D&C a few weeks ago, but it is a lot less now.  I just wish it would go away altogether because it is a constant reminder of my loss.   My bowels are back to normal now after suffering from pregnancy constipation for 3 months.  It seems strange to say, but that is yet another thin...
