Hi ladies,

Hope you are doing well. My friend Bre mentioned there is A March group and I squealed. Also, we all seem to be rookies AND starting injections almost on the same day....

I am on the antagonist protocol, on estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. I am exhausted with a tender belly all of the time.

My retrieval date is scheduled for March 4th.

Went for injection training... I am confused about the meds but I know it will all make sense on the 23rd. my first injection of Saizen to myself this past Monday during training. Not bad. We can do this ladies!!!!

Happy to be cycling with you all!!

Starting birth control on Feb 10th and then start Suprefact Nasal spray on feb 26th and first U/S is Feb 28th. Expected embryo transfer would be March 26-28th. Hey everyone,
I love this sharing.

I am on the antagonist protocol and yes start injections on Feb 23rd. I am on L-thyroxine 50mcg and Puregon 200IU and Menopur 150IU.

I just got off Estrace (estrogen), promethium (progesterone) and Androgel (testosterone) waiting for AF. Will it come? As soon as I stopped I started feeling normalized again...no headaches.

Just thought I should share in case someone else will be doing the same meds. I will have blood work and ultrasound and then hopefully get the go a head for injections that night.

Have a great day ladies!

Hi everyone. Round 2 for me. Antagonist protocol. 175 gonal f.
This is my first time with gonal f. I used Puregon last time, but now it's apparently on back order all over the place. These pens are already loaded and the pharmacist said I should be trying to get rid of big bubbles. Tonight's pen had a bubble so I dialed up to 37.5 and squirted (with the pen upright and after flicking) and only liquid came out. The bubble stayed. So I wasted 37.5 and didn't solve the problem. How much do I need to care about the bubble? I'm worried I won't be getting my appropriate dose.

Thanks everyone. I feel like an ass for having wasted my gonal f. I'll stop worrying about the bubbles.

I started injections on the 19. Retrieval is set for March 2nd if my ovaries behave.

Happy to chat with anyone privately about PGD. I'm making myself scarce on here last time because, although it was immensely supportive, I became really obsessed and this time I'm just trying to be suuuuuuper relaxed. Good luck everyone!
