This is awesome and has sparked my interest as well.  My husband and I aren't in Alberta, we are actually in SK.  Our son is adopted through traditional adoption not embryo adoption, but we do have extended family members who have done embryo adoption.  Although I think we are still going to try a round of IVF (but that potentially could change if we had some donor embryos...),  I'm sure there are many people on here who would be interested including us if our IVF isn't successful.  This is really cool and I hope that you find the right home for those embryos and if you're still looking for someone please feel free to send me a message. :)

Me - 29  Hubby - 29

Trying to conceive since 2012

2013- Husband diagnosed with Congenital Absence of Vas Deferens caused by being a carrier for Cystic Fibrosis

2013 - decided to adopt before pursuing fertility treatments

November 2015 - Our beautiful baby boy is born!  We got to be there for the birth!  He's ours!

May 2016 - Adoption Finalized!!!

After a couple rounds of IVF without success, we are feeling discouraged and wonder if we should keep trying....

Hello Kay Van,

If you don't find any potential recipients in Alberta, would you consider a family from another province?

We are in Montreal, Quebec.

We have a son thanks to egg donation and now we are pursuing embryo donation to give him a sibling. Looking for a donor since May, without any luck cry.gif

Hi Dear!  I just saw you add and I was wondering if you find a home for your embryos?  Please let me know in case I am very interested.

Thanks
