Aurora I am in the middle of my stimulation phase. I started with estrogen priming for about a week before my CD1. I'm currently on 300IU gona1-F, 150IU menopur and just started orgalutran. Today will be my 6th day of stims. Yesterday I had one 11mm follicle on my left and one 11mm follicle on the right. There are others there but they were still too small. My AFC baseline was 10 this month.

What about you? We're are to icy cling and what is your protocol? We have a few ladies with DOR in the October IVF group.

Two IVFs and no chromosomally normal blasts to transfer...we are done with my eggs.

Hi returnable! Thank you for sharing :) I started my estrogen priming on the 19th and start cetrodide on the 28th. I am also going to be on 300 gonal-f and 150 menupur! 2 measurable follies on day 6 is good! I know its so stressful when our minds want to produce more but our bodies aren't listening. Have you cycled before?

Good luck with your stimming! Wishing for more follies for you! Keep me posted :)

Cetrotide is your antagonist? When do you start your stims? I started my antagonist on day 6 of stims. It's making me a bit nauseous I think, but it is totally doable for the rest of my stimming. My DH does all my injections, and for me that takes most of the stress out of the process. This is my first IVF, so we are complete newbies. What about you?

I'm in for my next u/s and bloodwork tomorrow, so I am hoping there is some good progress.

Yes cetrodide is my antagonist. Stims are planned to start nov 2nd! Thats great your DH does your injections... mine was too hesitant when aiming lol so I did my own. This will be our 3rd IVF. Our history we usually get between 5-8 follies with only 3 eggs retrieved both times. When do you go in next for ultrasound follie check?

Mine is really good at doing the injections, and it's been really good for us for him to take part as there is hardly anything else he can do and he knows it makes the process easier for me. My next ultrasound is tomorrow (stim day #8). Actually my results previously were stim day #5. So far I have been really good about not stressing out about the cycle. I have been taking it one day at a time knowing there is nothing I can do to change things. I was happy just to get the go ahead to start stimming knowing that that was not a certainty.

I just saw your signature. So happy for you to have a daughter :)  I hope you will be able to add to your family.

Still waiting but hoping it may be today. My three follicles are at 20.3, 20.3 and 18.6 so at least they are sized together.

How are you feeling on the estradiol patch aurora?

I had 4 follicles while stimming towards the end they only had 1 mature follicle and other ones were close to maturity. We went into ER and they received 1 mature and the other 3 were close and hoping they would catch up in the lab. We got the call the next day and they fertilized 3 eggs we were really shocked that some other ones caught up. We were praying we would make it to transfer. We ended up transferring 2 on day 3 (one was 4 cell & other was 7 cell). Unfortunately the other fertilized egg didn't make it past day 3 so we were pretty upset about that but we are thankful we made it to transfer. Now we are just praying and hoping our 2 embies will stay strong and I will get pregnant. 😊

Marbear did you guys end up doing ICSI, or natural fertilization? So happy for your results. I know your struggles of deciding to ER or not. We have decided to move forward as there are no guarantees for a better outcome the next time (if there is a next time). Do you remember your follicle sizes on your last ultrasound before ER? How are you feeling while PUPO? When is your BETA?

Definitely did ICSI with the only few follicles we had. Yes it was a tough decision that's for sure. I was so upset when we found out we only had 1 mature egg I was devastated but I prayed and prayed and the other ones caught up we were very happy. Before ER follicle size was 1.9 (mature one), 1.6 & 1.4, 1.0 I think. I'm feeling tired all the time, my boobs hurt a bit, cramping on and off, it could be pregnancy symptoms or could be the meds who knows. 3DP3DT I had a sharp pain on my left side don't know if it was maybe early implantation or maybe I'm going crazy lol was a little sore afterwards so I'm hoping it's a good sign. My BETA test is November 4th.. so one more week. I feel like it's still dragging lol

Your three follicles seem like a really good size. You should be triggering tonight I would think 😊

I also have DOR. This was my third Ivf and im currently in the 2ww. I always had 5-6 antral follicles but ended up with 2 blasts. This time was a shock for dh and i because i had 11 antral follicles they increased to 14 on day 5 of stims but were small and ended up with 8 on ER day. One was immature and the rest made it to day 5. We transferred 1 yesterday and now waiting for the call to see how many they froze and what grade they are.

I had a FET in 2014 which resulted in my daughter in 2015 and now shes 17 months old so i guess it is far apart.

I got the call today from lab. They froze 4 and 1 transferred. The grades are
5AB
5BB
5BB
4BB
3AB

We transferred the first one. 2 didnt make as they were not good enough to freeze. Im still extremely happy with the results never thought this is posible.
