I know i posted earlier about our day 3 transfer yesterday with a single 4 cell embryo, but thought I'd ask this too. Our main issue we now know is egg quality. I've been responding well to stims, and getting a lot of eggs but last cycle 2 fertilized out of 21 and 14 mature, and this time we had 19 eggs, 11 mature and 1 fertilized. Im 31, eat healthy, exercise, take dhea, coq10, tried acupuncture a few wks this cycle but its just too expensive for us. Any other advice??

I definitely wouldnt rule out a sperm issue. Has he had a dna fragmentation test?
Me: 30 Hypothyroid, Endo, MTHFR, elevated Cytokines,TNF 36.8 (13.2-30.6) IFN 27.5(5.8-20.5). 2006-Twin m/c @ 8wks w/ex BF followed by 22 BFN's ... 6 months on clomid & 4 IUI's. Married for 5yrs to the love of my life. We want to make that love childDH: 31 Azoospermia (NOA) FSH 28.3, LH & testosterone levels normal Normal genetics. I agree with breezyboo. I'd have an in depth sperm analysis done just to be sure.

He's had a couple semen analysis' done. Everything was normal

Did they use ICSI for fertilizing the egg? Maybe it will help for next time?

I believe they did, yes. I'm still so stressed about this 4 cell embryo. Wishing I could find success stories but there are only a couple I've found

I heard that if the fertilization rate is low, that sperm is the issue - not egg quality. I'm wishing you the best! 
i know how extremely difficult this is...i have been suffering from infertility for 4 years. But remember - most people that struggle with infertility end up being parents in the end!
March/11 - Diagnosed with stage IV Endometriosis
July/13: IVF cancelled - overstimulated (60 follicles on one ovary :S
October/13: IVF Cycle #1.1 - Starting in October with a new protocol - Superfact (.1) & Gonal F (187.5)
October 26/13 - 20 eggs retrieved - 7 fertilized
All 7 embryos growing strong! Grade 2 - and all between 6-8 cell!
They are all still grade 2 - and all on schedule!
October 31/13 - HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Transferred 2 beautiful embabies (3AA & 3AB) 2 snow babies (3BB & Morula)
November 8/13: Very sad news 
Taking a nice looooong break - I need this more than ever!
