I'm just wondering the logistics if I decide to not go ahead with an embryo transfer.
There are no clauses in the paper work I've signed.
Am I eligible for a refund if the embryos are already made? How does that work?
I've asked my clinic and they are very persuasive I continue with the transfer. However, life is changing so drastically for me right now that I'm not sure this is even an option anymore:(
Thank you for your time.

You would need to check the policies of the clinic.  Each clinic is different.  Best of luck.

I'm sure you could always freeze them and do it later?

See about me page.

Thanks quandry.
The fresh cycle was in Nov with my egg donor. I have ten frosties that I've been struggling with life's events to transfer.

You might be able to get back cash paid for your FET, but I don't think there's any way you could get reimbursed for the creations of your embryos.   Legally, you have possession of those embryos, even if technically they are stored at the clinic.

The medical services to create the embryos have already been expended, so contractually I don't see a legal way for your to get any cash back from the original cycle.

Is your Clinic in Canada?  I noticed it says FCC which I thought was a clinic in Mexico.  If not in Canada, the laws could be entirely different.
