Can anyone tell me about your experience with taking letrozole for an FET to help with lining as an alternative to Estrace and the patch?
I had hoped to use low dose FSH drugs but my Dr suggested this instead.

Hi If at first,

I've used low dose gonal-f with poor results (lining was low 6 mms). I haven't tried letrozole but I'll be following this thread in hopes that someone has had a positive experience with it

I'll be doing this for a mock cycle this next month. I hope there's some good responses out there!

I'm doing an fet right now with estrace and patch but if (when) that doesn't work, I'll be trying the letrozole cycle next month. Maybe we will line up pearl jam. Best of Iuck to you!

I know this is older already but I wanted to update with my mock cycle results. Sadly my lining only reached a 7.1 and I only had one follicle when they expected way more. So that idea was a bust. We'll be going back to an estrace cycle with 7 days of oral only and then splitting it between oral and vaginal. I'll also be doing a scratch next week.

I'm sorry to hear that pj.
It didn't work for me either. I only got to a 5.5. I still transferred but obviously that was a BFN.
Back the the drawing board for both of us.

Yeah we're going back to estrace, only difference is 7 days oral and then splitting it between oral and vaginal for 7 days. I'm also doing an endo scratch next week.

Hope you figure something out as well.
