Not until Feb 17th.  I didn't want to go until I was 7 weeks just to make sure that if there was going to be a heartbeat, it would be there for sure.  I'm kind of regretting that decision now th_aggahhh.gif

Jodycser - let us know how you are doing....did they do an ultrasound? With betas that high and how far along you are, they should be able to see something via transvaginal ultrasound....no heartbeat yet, but definitely whether things look normal.... (((hugs))) hoping it's nothing serious :(

Jodycser- Wow! amazing betas :) I am so sorry to hear about your bleeding.  I hope they can figure out what is causing it quickly.  That is SO scary!!! :( Did you get your updated beta back yet???

AFM- I had my first beta this morning and it came back at 157.9 @ 8DPT, so that was exciting! As excited as I am that it was a much stronger initial beta than our first one (18), I'm still anxious to make sure that it doubles when I go in again on Wednesday morning.

I am hoping it's a good sign that it started out strong, but I know that anything can happen still, so trying to be realistic too...My test line on my FRER this morning was darker than yesterday, so that was encouraging....fingers crossed for Wednesday!!!

I am still have very light brown spotting off and on today, which the nurse assured me is normal, so I am trying to remain calm about that too.  My boobs and back have been sore too....

Anyways, how is everyone else doing??? :)

So sorry to hear about your bleeding Jodycser. Keep us posted. I hope it turns out to be nothing.

That's a pretty solid beta, AshP. Fingers crossed for some nice doubling on Wednesday.

Afm- still waiting to hear back from the clinic as to when my 7 week ultrasound is scheduled. I'm really hoping it doesn't get scheduled for when my H is away. I would like to have him be able to come with me, especially after he couldn't go with me for the FET.

Well beta came back at 28212 so that's a nice number. No ultrasound done because, it wouldn't really change anything. Going to talk to my clinic tomorrow and hopefully they will be reassuring. The dr tonight gave me a 50/50 chance. Still bleeding, seems to have slowed a bit, but lots of clots. Don't know what that means.

Hi jody - just checking in on other boards. It could be that you had an SCH and it's coming out. I had one at 7 weeks and mine reabsorbed by 9, but some people have it bleed out and things turn out just fine. Congrats and thinking good thoughts for you.

How are you doing today Jody? Did your clinic get you in for an ultrasound??? I hope the bleeding has subsided ..... thinking of you...

I'm officially crazy....still poas at 6w. .... this mornings test looked lighter than last night's but I'm using the pink wondfos which are super cheap. I'll see what the dry test looks like later....driving myself crazy....I only have 4 or 5 tests left thank god, then I'm never testing with these again!!! I'm nervous for the ultrasound Thursday morning. I'm hoping and praying for good news but so nervous that it'll be bad news....

Doing a bit better today. I think the bleeding has stopped. Still some brown spotting, but I'll take that over red blood anyway. Talked to a nurse at the clinic today and she is going to bring me up to the Drs at 11:00. Said she'd call me back my boo with a plan, but most likely will just do another blood test in a few days. If I didn't live 3 hours from the clinic I would just go in there and force them to give me an ultrasound, but that's not an option, and in my head I know it won't change anything anyways. Hoping that the bleeding is done now, and I can just have a healthy pregnancy.

Ola- Thank you for posting the list :) It's so great to have a visual like that, just in case I forget where people are at once the board gets busier :) Yay! two more days until your u/s! I have a good feeling that all will go well for you :D

Jody- Glad to hear that your doc is sending you for an u/s on Friday.  Hopefully they can find some answers for you....glad to hear that the bleeding seems to be letting up and that it's turned into brown spotting now :) Wishing you lots of luck on Friday!

Jerseygirl- Congrats and welcome to the club :)

Lily- Have you heard from your clinic about your 7 week ultrasound date yet? That is exciting! How far along are you now?

AFM- I am officially 4 weeks today! preggo.gif yahoo.gif  I know, still very early, but I was still excited about it.  Just trying to enjoy every minute this time!

I am a bit anxious to hear what my second beta number is tomorrow, but I am SUPPPERRRR hopeful that it has doubled or more since yesterday.  I did another FRER this morning (because I am crazy like that) and it came out darker than yesterday's and the day before, so I am praying that means my beta is definitely getting higher at least :) I wish I could post a pic of the progression, but the pics are on my phone and I don't think it will let me post from my phone....GRRRR!

I still had a tiny bit of light brown spotting off and on today, but it seems to be tapering off, so hopefully that's a good thing.  I know the nurse keeps saying it's nothing to worry about and totally normal at this point, but I still get concerned when I see any kind of spotting, no matter what colour or how much!! :/

As for other symptoms....my boobs are still super tender, fatigue has continued, gas has continued (gross!), SO constipated, backache has also continued.  I did feel a brief wave of nausea this afternoon, but I think maybe I was getting hungry or something?

Anyways, that's all for now! Will update tomorrow with my second beta number when I get it.

Wish me luck!!

I hope everyone else is doing well here.  I apologize if I missed anyone :)

Haven't had any spotting or bleeding since this morning...that's good right? I've been scouring the internet all day trying to find an explanation, all I can come up with is subchorionic bleeding, the placenta implanting, or random bleeding for no reason (or of course miscarriage, but I don't think I'll go there yet...it was only a few hours of light bleeding). Anyone dealt with any of these things in the past? I sure haven't!

ET Aug 2014 - 19 retreived, 6 made to 5 day blasts - sent to PGD Lab (freeze all)...4 blasts good to go!

November 2014 - 1st FET cycle...cancelled due to bad uterine lining

December 2014 - 2nd FET cycle....cancelled due to bad uterine lining

February 2015 - 3rd FET cycle...uterine lining got to 0.8mm...transferred 2 blasts...BFN

June 2015 - 4th FET cycle (only 1 blast left to transfer...one didn't make it through thaw).....we'll see...nope BFN

Oct 2015 - 31 retrieved, 8 made to 5 day blasts - sent to PGD Lab (freeze all)....6 blasts good to go!

Jan 2016 - 5th FET cycle...lining got to 6.5mm, not great, but Dr seemed confident...transferred 2 blasts...just waiting...finished waiting

No word on ultrasound date yet. Everything takes so much more coordinating since we're out of province from our clinic. Hoping to hear something today. So far I'm starting to feel rough in the afternoon and evening so taking that as a good sign that things are progressing well. I'm 5w3d.

Can't wait to hear about your beta AshP.

Morning!

Just finishing up my break, so just hopping on quickly to post an update and I will check back again in a bit :)

I got the call for my second beta this morning....it went from 157.9 to 285 this morning, so it almost doubled, but not quite...The nurse said it had still jumped a good amount and not to worry too much yet.  Obviously now I am worrying about it....I go back again on Friday morning for another beta to ensure that it is increasing properly.  I read that beta numbers should double every 31-72 hours when your HCG is under 1200, which mine clearly is, so I am just hoping and praying, maybe because my number started out a bit higher it hasn't quite doubled yet....I hate having to wait two more days now :/
