I may be getting way ahead of myself starting this group so early, but it's my attempt at maintaining some positivity :) Our due date is Oct 4th (putting me at a measly 4w5d today). If there is anyone out there wanting to talk - please join me! !!

Congrats andi-dandi!!! It's so nice to see a familiar "face" in the due date buddies group :)

I have my ultrasound Feb 11th so I'll feel better if that goes well. ..at this point I still don't quite believe this is happening.

Although my due date is Oct, I ended up being induced at 39 weeks with ds....hopefully I'll be holding my baby late September ;)

I recognized your name too. I'm glad we both have positive results now. Obviously November wasn't our month. December was meant to be a mock cycle for me but we ended up transferring and it thankfully worked. I have my second US tomorrow morning. I'm hoping for a strong heartbeat!

Looks like I won't be in this group after all. DH & I have decided to wait until March to do our next FET. Financially & emotionally we think it is the best decision. Financial strain of doing it this month would only cause me stress.

And for those of you have seen my posts in other groups...we are only putting back 1 emby. RE says there are too many possible risks to putting a monosomy w a "good" emby. If they both take and there is something wrong w the monosomy emby it could put healthy emby in danger.

I say "good" emby, because that is how they referred to the last one we put in & we all know how that ended. If we hadn't had the PGS testing done then my 2 monosomies would be considered "good" too. They also have the same grading. So hard to except the unexplained sometimes

Good luck to all of you here, maybe we will meet again in another group

Hi everyone! I'm currently 5weeks 3days, due date Oct. 5th. Had a beta of 1960 13dp5dt, and my second beta was drawn on Friday, 18dp5dt (even though they didn't think I needed to do it because of the first one being so high). Will probably get the results tomorrow as they were done at my GP's clinic which isn't open over the weekend. Getting more excited by the day, but also tentative in allowing myself to believe everything will be ok. My dr gave me a standing beta blood draw form so I could go in whenever I want to get one done, I think he knows I'm a bit paranoid!...ultrasound is booked for the 17th and hopefully after that I can relax a bit.

ET Aug 2014 - 19 retreived, 6 made to 5 day blasts - sent to PGD Lab (freeze all)...4 blasts good to go!

November 2014 - 1st FET cycle...cancelled due to bad uterine lining

December 2014 - 2nd FET cycle....cancelled due to bad uterine lining

February 2015 - 3rd FET cycle...uterine lining got to 0.8mm...transferred 2 blasts...BFN

June 2015 - 4th FET cycle (only 1 blast left to transfer...one didn't make it through thaw).....we'll see...nope BFN

Oct 2015 - 31 retrieved, 8 made to 5 day blasts - sent to PGD Lab (freeze all)....6 blasts good to go!

Jan 2016 - 5th FET cycle...lining got to 6.5mm, not great, but Dr seemed confident...transferred 2 blasts...just waiting...finished waiting

Anyone else completely lost their appetite? Mine is gone. I try to force myself to eat bits here and there, but even the thought of most food makes me want to gag right now. Hopefully this goes away quickly.

Hi ladies!

I am cautiously joining this group, as I just got my BFP this morning on a FRER :D I am only 7DPT today and my beta is tomorrow, but I just wanted to join you in the hopes that this one will be our sticky bean, and to try and maintain positivity and hopefulness about this pregnancy, as our last one ended in m/c when we did our first transfer in September :( I just want to take time to enjoy this moment right now and be excited about the fact that we are pregnant instead of continuously worrying about the "what ifs" moving forward....I know I will still worry, but I'm trying my best :)

The line on the FRER was much darker than the one we got for our first BFP at this same time, so I am super hopeful that we will start out with a higher beta than last time....fingers crossed!!!

IVF.ca is giving me a due date of October 18th :)

I look forward to getting to know everyone here and I am wishing everyone a happy and healthy 9 months!

xx
