We are looking to go through a surrogacy process for a third time, and unfortunately since our other surrogates are unable to carry again for medical reasons we are looking for someone new.  My question is, since we basically want the same contract but obviously with new information, is there a way of saving a little bit of cost on our end but still ensuring the surrogate gets  her full legal consult/counsel?  Would this be dependent on the lawyer or are we looking at paying for a full contract yet again even though we'd like everything the same??

You might want to call the lawyer you used and ask. My lawyer offered to draw up another surrogacy contract at no charge in my case. It had only been a short time after my first one was done however.
