Hi there,
New to this! Today is day 7 after my first FET. For the last 3-4 days I've had all of the symptoms... Bloating, sore breasts, really thirsty, really tired, etc. I had one bad night where I couldn't sleep, woke up throughout the night lots, stressed out about everything, etc. The next morning all of my symptoms were gone completely. My boobs don't hurt, my stomach feels back to normal, etc. It's now been 2 days of zero symptoms. Can symptoms come and go that drastically or did I lose it? Do symptoms start that early after transfer?
I'd appreciate any advice!

While every person and every pregnancy is different, all of the symptoms you're describing can be side effects of the stims and/or any hormonal support you may be on, so having or not having symptoms doesn't really indicate anything.

Try to keep in mind, in the first 3 to 4 days, the embryo may not have even implanted yet, so like Mouse said, most of those symptoms you are describing are likely caused by the medication.  Even after implantation, it's extremely common to have no symptoms at all for a long period, even after your beta test.  Good luck to you.

I had no symptoms at all until about 7 weeks when I started to get tired.....otherwise, everything I felt was attributed to progesterone....some sore boobs, bloating, a bit of cramping.....etc

You don't have pregnancy symptoms that early. Anything felt before 5-6 weeks along is actually related to progesterone. I will say that symptoms mean nothing though! I never had pregnancy symptoms.

I just did a hpt and it's positive!!!! So maybe those symptoms were from the progesterone or actual symptoms!! Eeee!! 😀😀😀

For me I felt that my past cycle didn't take I had the symptoms coming around the same time as you and I felt it dissipate. Each woman and pregnancy is different but you just know with symptoms even though the meds are made to mimic pregnancy.

 

Are you POAS'ing that is a way to tell other than your beta and it could have been twins and you lost one again this is only speculation and after speaking with other surros these are some ideas

FWIW, beta numbers aren't a reliable predictor of multiples; the variation between women and even between the same woman's pregnancies is huge.
