I'm a little unsure about whether I should be taking fish oil or not. I have PCOS and I'm also trying to boost my cervical fluid which I've heard fish oil can help with. I've usually been quite on board with taking it to lower inflammation and boost omega-3s etc, but lately I've been reading a bit about how it is easily oxidised as it is a polyunsatured fatty acid and it can block the use of glucose and oxygen (Dr Ray Peat info).
What are your thoughts on this?
