Overall I was happy with my experience with ISIS, I really liked our RE doctor, who was very mindful of her patients and not throwing her own pregnancy in our faces. The IVF nurse was my best friend during our cycles and was always available to answer questions and return calls. I really like the daily reports on the embryos after the retrieval until the transfer (I wanted to go and watch the cells grown and take care of them) The lab people where friendly and nice. My only "issue" was that the retrival and transfer were not done by my doctor but by others who were in the "OR" for the day. Mind you, they did come and introduce themselves and seemed very nice.
If I had to do it again, I would definitely do it at ISIS....it was a clean environment with friendly staff (overall)

From my experiences with ISIS, I've found them to be quite helpful and fully compassionate. My husband and myself have been using them for ttc for a year and a half now and I continue to be supported. We started out with the investigation cycles & Clomid, but now have moved on to IVF/ICSI.
I love the honesty and forth-rightness of our IVF co-ordinator, and Dr. Cheng continues to inspire hope and confidence in his ability as a physician.
