Hello ladies!!!
Sorry I've been mia.. I just needed to focus and be positive.. I get very stressed and I didn't want this stress to affect my chances
On Monday I went in for my first beta at 10dp5dt. Then I went Wednesday for the second one. I got the call Wednesday afternoon and was told that I was pregnant but not to get too excited as my levels were low ... First was 16 second 52... They think it might be a late implantation. I went back in today for my third beta and it actually tripled again. It was 159.
They finally confirmed it's a BFP!!!
It doesn't really surprise me lol I was born 2 weeks late and am always late... Guess my sticky bean decided to follow tradition and decided to join the party late too lol
I can't believe it!!! After 12 years I finally have this miracle!!! Of course I can't relax just yet... I have my ultrasound on the 13th but I'm happy that my bean stuck!
I just want to say thank you to all of you who have shared your stories and experiences. It was very helpful to me. I'm so sorry for those who had BFN and I pray that you too will soon be blessed. Don't lose hope! I almost did and had it not been because my job finally covered ivf... I don't think I would have gone through this path.
Anyway good luck to you ladies!!! Fingers, toes, and eyes crossed for all of you.

AFM - went for beta this morning, tested at home again and line was darker so fingers crossed 
Monitoring cycle Sept 2012?ovulation issues and low motility (25%), count and morphology great Clomid 50mg X 5 days and timed intercourse Oct 2012, 5 mature follicles BFN.
1st IUI November 2012Femera 2.5mg X 5 days, 1 good follicle, thanks to vitamins hubby's count AMAZING and motility great, BFN.
2nd IUI December 2012Femera 5mg X 5 days, 1 good follicle, triggered, BFN.
3rd IUI January 2012Femera 5mg X 5 Puregon x 3-4 days, 3 good follicles, BFN
1st IVF cycleSuprefact started 0.2mg injections Mar 12/13Awaiting AF, have never been so excited for period to come, can't wait to get started on Puregon
Mar 30th - AF finally arrived 8 days late, start stimming in 2 daysApr 1 - cd 3 US, ? 4 follicles each ovary, nurse surprised since I usually have 8-10 each side, thinks it may just be the temp u/s tech, called in afternoon estrogen too high (1345) to start stims need to continue on suprefact for a few more days.
Recheck 4 days later estrogen down (120) but have 3 cysts, largest on right ~3cm<
Decided to wait for a more "normal" cycle, hopefully get started again on Suprefact end of May and ER in June.
2nd run at 1st IVFMay 24 - start suprefact 0.2ml and minovral, minovral only for 1 week
June 4 - AF 2 days late, took preg test CRAZY!!!!!!!! Beta 35
June 5 - beta 46.58 (14 hours since first one drawn) progesterone 19.32
June 7 - beta 113.6 progesterone holding at 19.2
June 10 - beta 271.3 progest 10.99 (concerned)
June 12 - progest 3.9 beta 191 looks like m going to miscarry.
June 15 - progest ~3 something, beta 260 wtf?
June 21 - progest 5.02 beta 649.8 wtf
June 26 - Ultrasound and bloodwork, confirmed left tubal pregnancy....frig
May 20, 2014 - 4th IUI, 2 good follicles on right side (good side 1.7, 2.1), and hubbies total motile count 56.5 million, beta June 3rd. BFN.
1st IVFJuly 5 - antral follicle count 17, 183u puregon and micro dose hcg started.July 8th - check after 3 days of stims 5 follicles, 3 on right all 1cm, 2 on left 1.1cm and 1 cm, E2 816, lining 10mm, starting orgalutran tomorrow morning and recheck again on Thursday.
July 10th - check after 5 days of stims, 11 follicles 3 x 13mm, 3 x 12mm, 2 x 11mm, 3 x 10mm and 2 x 8mm that they aren't counting yet, lining 16mm, E2 2373.

They retrieved 13 eggs yesterday morning. Now to wait for the fert report. I don't know how many were mature.

I have been MIA for a little while but I have been keeping up somewhat with everything going on here.
So glad to see that we have had a few more positives in our group. Congrats to all the positive results and fingers crossed for an easy nine months with a wonderful healthy little bundle at the end. Hope every PUPO will get their BFP's. Fingers crossed!
My heart goes out to everyone that has had negative results...facing that is not an easy thing. Sending lots of hugs and love to you guys. I find I am still adjusting to the negative results from this cycle. I have been up and down with my emotions. My heart and my head seem to be in conflict over where to go with things....I don't know if I can handle another disappointment but I also don't know if I can let go of trying again either. This whole process has definitely been a roller coaster. I find myself breaking down over silly things.
I received a call from my clinic on thursday but haven't gotten to talk to them yet. They are looking at getting thing set up for a Sept/Oct cycle...I will know more when I get talking to them this upcoming week. I will keep you posted.

Husband had vasectomy during his previous marriage. He had a TESE done in December.
First IVF cycle
started injections on June 3 - Suprefact 20 uts BID
June 5 added in Menopur 300 mg in morning and Bravelle 150 mg in evening
Went for f/u ultrasound on June 11 - 6 follicles visible
continued injections until June 13 - repeat ultrasound - 3 follicles look good but need longer to become bigger (13, 11, 9)
continue same injections
June 16 - repeat ultrasound 3 really good looking follicles (20, 18, 17) and one hiding behind that measurement couldn't be determined. Last dose of Bravelle tonight....trigger shot tonight of HCG.
ER scheduled for June 18. - 3 eggs retrieved. Now to wait and see how fertilization goes.
ET June 21 - 2 three day 8 cell embryos successfully transferred.
Now PUPO - with twins...LOL
Several positive pregnancy tests (home and lab urine)
June 30-July 4 light bleeding no cramps/clots
July 4 beta 11
July 7 beta 2 - CHEMICAL PREGNANCY
July 16 f/u appointment with HL
On list for another round in October

So quiet here. How is everyone doing? I am ok. Just waiting for Beta test on Wed. Debating going to get a clear blue today to see how many weeks it shows. Had some cramping last night but not sure if it was just gas. Still no spotting or bleeding which is a good sign. I have been feeling tired and weak and slightly feverish. My head feels heavy like a head cold is coming, but nothing comes. I want to enjoy this but am afraid to get my hopes up if something goes wrong.

Amp- it's so easy to worry. We pray to see those two pink lines and the worry ends briefly till a whole new set of worries creep in. I was like you, I dd buy the weeks indicator on my last pregnancy to put my mind at ease. I then bought it again between my betas to see if it was rising.

canuckschick - sounds lovely! I hope that it passes soon. I haven't done the estrace or nasal spray, just the endometrin. Some days it isn't too messy and other days it is just gross. I am certainly not a big fan of it, that's for sure!

Monitoring cycle Sept 2012?ovulation issues and low motility (25%), count and morphology great Clomid 50mg X 5 days and timed intercourse Oct 2012, 5 mature follicles BFN.
1st IUI November 2012Femera 2.5mg X 5 days, 1 good follicle, thanks to vitamins hubby's count AMAZING and motility great, BFN.
2nd IUI December 2012Femera 5mg X 5 days, 1 good follicle, triggered, BFN.
3rd IUI January 2012Femera 5mg X 5 Puregon x 3-4 days, 3 good follicles, BFN
1st IVF cycleSuprefact started 0.2mg injections Mar 12/13Awaiting AF, have never been so excited for period to come, can't wait to get started on Puregon
Mar 30th - AF finally arrived 8 days late, start stimming in 2 daysApr 1 - cd 3 US, ? 4 follicles each ovary, nurse surprised since I usually have 8-10 each side, thinks it may just be the temp u/s tech, called in afternoon estrogen too high (1345) to start stims need to continue on suprefact for a few more days.
Recheck 4 days later estrogen down (120) but have 3 cysts, largest on right ~3cm<
Decided to wait for a more "normal" cycle, hopefully get started again on Suprefact end of May and ER in June.
2nd run at 1st IVFMay 24 - start suprefact 0.2ml and minovral, minovral only for 1 week
June 4 - AF 2 days late, took preg test CRAZY!!!!!!!! Beta 35
June 5 - beta 46.58 (14 hours since first one drawn) progesterone 19.32
June 7 - beta 113.6 progesterone holding at 19.2
June 10 - beta 271.3 progest 10.99 (concerned)
June 12 - progest 3.9 beta 191 looks like m going to miscarry.
June 15 - progest ~3 something, beta 260 wtf?
June 21 - progest 5.02 beta 649.8 wtf
June 26 - Ultrasound and bloodwork, confirmed left tubal pregnancy....frig
May 20, 2014 - 4th IUI, 2 good follicles on right side (good side 1.7, 2.1), and hubbies total motile count 56.5 million, beta June 3rd. BFN.
1st IVFJuly 5 - antral follicle count 17, 183u puregon and micro dose hcg started.July 8th - check after 3 days of stims 5 follicles, 3 on right all 1cm, 2 on left 1.1cm and 1 cm, E2 816, lining 10mm, starting orgalutran tomorrow morning and recheck again on Thursday.
July 10th - check after 5 days of stims, 11 follicles 3 x 13mm, 3 x 12mm, 2 x 11mm, 3 x 10mm and 2 x 8mm that they aren't counting yet, lining 16mm, E2 2373.
July 12 - follicles 2 x 1.8, 2 x 1.6, 3 x 1.5, 2 x 1.4, 1 x 1.2, 3 x 1.1, 1 x 1.0, 1 x 0.8. E2 4528. Puregon increased back up to 183.
July 13 - follicles 1 x 2.0, 1 x1.9, 2 x 1.8, 2 x 1.7, 1 x 1.6, 1 x 1.5, 2 x 1.4, 1 x 1.3, 2 x 1.2, 2 x 1.1, 1 x 1.0, 1 x 0.9, E2 6407, trigger likely tomorrow with ER on July 16th.
July 14 - follicles 1 x 21mm, 2 x 20mm, 2 x 19mm, 2 x 18mm, 2 x 17mm, 1 x 16mm, 1 x 15mm, 1 x 14mm, 2 x 13mm, 2 x 12mm, 1 x 10mm. trigger tonight at 9pm retreival July 16th at 9am.
July 16th - 8 retrieved.
July 21st - 1 day 5 blast grade 4ab transferred, 5 more frozen the following day (1 x 4aa, 2 x 4bb,1 x 3bb, 1x 3cc)
July 31st - hpt FRER
August 2nd - beta 340
August 4th - beta 926
August 19th - 6w5d baby measuring 7w, heart rate 138
September 4th - 2nd ultrasound booked
September 10th - first midwife appointment

Amp seems like such a long wait for beta, its gonna be really high when you finally get it drawn

Got the Clear Blue but it says for the weeks indicator, use morning urine. Maybe I will just sleep now til tomorrow hee hee.
It will be day 20, so average Beta score per BetaBase is 1192. So, let's hope it is in that ballpark

So today I'm officially PUPO. I seriously can't believe it. I'm excited and hoping the 2ww passing quickly. Amp and Tanmac you guys are getting me excited.
