Hi Ladies,

How do people find the nurses and staff at Create?  Personally, everyone I've come into contact with seems to be putting their best foot forward and making the utmost effort to be professional.

However, the Clinic has a lot of volume which naturally leaves room for error. I find that if I make any critiques the nurses/admin can be a little hostile which suggests they may be severly admonished unnecessarily.

I'm just started going to this clinic in May and I really like my RE.  I'm supposed to start an IVF in August but I'm not sure if I want to do it in that environment but I can't think of a way around it that won't take 6 months.

thanks

Hi There,

I actually found the nursing and staff at CReATe to be excellent. I had switched there from LifeQuest and while I've experienced many mixups and mistakes at LifeQuest, my IVF experience at CReATe went very smoothly and I was quite impressed by the clinic. If you want more details, I'd be happy to chat over the phone.....

Hi Nervous-Wreck,

I've been at Create for a number of years now and overall find the staff to be quite good.  I actually think that they've improved over the last couple of years.  We had a few issues in the begining but now things seem to be running much smoother at Create.  I've come to really love some of the nurses and find a lot of them very compassionate towards us. I would say that you have to keep on top of things as like you mention, with the high volume of clients that they deal with, things are bound to get overlooked.  Good luck with your cycle!
