Hi everyone!  I am nearing the end of wait.... I am 8dp5db.  I HPT bfp on 6dp and 7dp (even lighter line) and tonight I started bleeding.  First it was light and then more and now it's fresh colored.  I really feel like AF is coming if it isn't already here. I feel dejected.  I have read about implantation blood but it shouldn't be heavy and fresh colored.  I know I should try to stay positive but really feel like I have failed this cycle.  I was as careful as can be didn't even leave the house until today!  Was on bed rest for 48 hours.  I did get a strange rash last couple of days and think maybe my immune system is fighting off something.  I wasn't going to HPT again before the BETA but I feel like now there is no point waiting.  I wish luck and sticky baby dust to everyone else!!!

I'm truly sorry this is happening. Sending you peace and a giant hug. We are here if you need to vent.

Sarreid22: good luck to you! I know how stressful it is.... but it sounds like they are doing good.

Thank you everyone for your supportive words.  So I am still passing clots this morning fresh colored.  I did an HPT even though I said I wasn't going to anymore.  My HPT was BFP.... unbelievable.  I called my RE and the nurse told me to go in today 2 days before BETA to test.  And to lay down and not exercise.  I don't have any more hope but will do as she says.  I am thinking this is probably a chemical.  However, I am staying hopeful as a chemical is still a pregnancy which means after 7 years I at least got preg for a little bit.  I'll update later

Good luck to everyone.... it's so amazing that even in the face of so much adversity, as women we still hold on to a trace of lingering hope.Emoticons09757.gif

OneMoreChance - that was funny. I just got back from ET, and the full bladder was torture! It made the procedure way more uncomfortable for me than the ER. The nurse joked and told me not to pee on the doctor. I laughed, but I was actually already afraid I might! I didn't. Lol.

Out of 4 fertilized embryos, 2 were transferred, one 8, one 9 cell, and one 8 cell will be left to grow to day 5 and will be frozen, if it makes it. The 4th embie didn't make it.

Spending the rest of the day relaxing and off my feet.

OneMoreChance - hope you had a good ET

Im sorry you are dealing with this right now.  I know that my RE says to drink tons of water and stay off your feet while bleeding. You are so right that it shows progress to see a BFP and that's a great sign.  It means that implantation occurred and that IVF is def a treatment that can bring you success.  I know its common to have some bleeding in the first trimester.  I hope that things settle down and this pregnancy continues to progress without further complications.  My heart goes out to you.  The unknown of the future sometimes feels unbearable.  Hugs to you!

Congrats on being PUPO with two fine embies ;)  I normally have a hard time holding my bladder too.  If you drink poweraid or gatoraid you have to drink less then you would have to drink water.  I learned that from the nurse last transfer.

Well today the HPT is def getting darker.  My RE wants to test my TSH again but wont do it even tho I sent them pics showing them the positves the past three days.  I will have to go back to the lab the same day to get my TSH tested.  This doesn't make sense to me.  Why get poked twice.  On top of frequent lab draws im giving myself three injections most days. jerks!

Congrats Shortiepants! OMG it was torture! However I transferred 3 8cell grade 1 embies and have 3 8cell grade 2 embies being watched to hopefully freeze. RE said my embies looked awesome and two of the 3 we transfered were already sttarting to combine or form or something into the next stage so that was encouraging. Overall I can breathe a sigh of relief on that now the super stressful part 2ww.... can someone change the list I don't know how:-)

Your cycle sounds real promising.  hoping your 2ww flies by.  How awesome to have some to freeze

I think I might be able to relate to how you might be feeling right now.  We are here to support you thru good and bad.

TSH is my thyroid test.  My thyroid was normal but not low enough for ttc and probably one of the reasons for the 4 in a row pregnancy losses.  I got my GP to give me a lab slip.  I bypassed my RE.  I want to know regardless if this pregnancy works out or not what my levels went up to.  I know it will go up once pregnant and I may need to take more meds.

MeAgain – sorry, but agree with PP!  You’re not out just yet…

Maryelisiaa – so sorry to hear you are bleeding.  Fingers crossed everything will be okay.

oneMorechance – congrats on being PUPO!  Sending icon_stickyvibespink.gif

Sarreid22 – Lucky number 7!  Thinking good thoughts for your embies over the weekend!

shortiepants – congrats on being PUPO!  Sending icon_stickyvibespink.gif

Feisty - I've been hypothyroid for 24 years and until ART was totally stable on same dose even through my last PG.  I think all the meds whack out the levels I've never had my TSH so labile.  It's frustrating!

AFM – day 7 stim check showed: 1@16, 2@14, 1@9, and 3<9.  So I’m really disappointed.  We’re sacrificing the 16 (have done this before) to go after all the others.  With any luck will recruit one or two more by next check on Sunday.  Retrieval will be either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Lets hope the smaller ones catch up to those larger ones. You have about 3 or 4 more days of stims right? When do you go back?  My TSh was 2.93 and after a month of 25mcg Synthroid it went down to 1.5.  Have you noticed your hair really thin?  I am getting scared since it is so thin.  I was getting my hair straightened with BKT but now its curling back up with the hormones.  It's not back to being super curly yet so it looks awful being in a transition period right now.

On top of frequent lab draws im giving myself three injections most days. jerks!

Thanks for the tip, Fiesty! I'll definitely keep that in mine next time I have to do a full bladder u/s.

Those are definitely positive signs! Hoping they keep up! Sorry to hear you still have to go through injections still and the frequent blood tests! Even for me, this process had made me feel like a walking pin cushion.

Munchkin88 - good luck with your day 5 ET

AFM - got my day 3 report. 8 out of 9 made it. Apparently 6 are poor grade and only two are grade 1. I am going for the transfer on Sunday. They said they have to injected me with progesterone oil and then I have to drink a lots of water before transfer. Hoping less painless than ER.

Lots of hugs!!! Grow eggies grow.
