The closest thing to "action" you and DH are getting during your 2ww is the sexual innuendo repartee you have started to spice up your nightly fragmin (blood thinner) injection... i.e. "Hey baaabyyy, I can't wait to get those pants off you... tonight I'm going to put it in reallyyyy sloooowwwwwly"

You know you're IF when, after three days of lightly spotting, you still have the crazy hope that somehow you're still pregnant, because you heard a story once someplace online that it did happen to someone else.

You know you're infertile when you head to the fertility clinic (after being absent for about 8 months) and the receptionist looks at you and says "Hi (rokgerl), take a seat!" without you having to say anything (like you were just there yesterday).  And that's after I've cut my hair AND changed the style of my glasses!!

You know you're infertile when you name the blastocyst they put back inside you.

Funny story:

We are getting my transfer today, so after transfer you have to rest for 30 minutes and my husband went to the clinic pharmacy and when he came to look for me in the procedure area afterwards he almost walked into an operating room, which I wasn't in.  Then he told me at the pharmacist "they sell those birthing tests"...he meant pregnancy tests.  Men...giggle.gif

You know your infertile when you have 7 daily reminders on your iPhone for the various medications you have to take in a day.

- when you know to purchase your meds on an optimum day at shoppers. At least that way to can get some points for spending $7000 on those meds

Redwine - I have a similar "man" story - I had my retrival on Friday. One of the instructions the nurse gave me was to not use tampons for any spotting or bleeding that may happen after the procedure. My husband looks at me and says, "I guess you need to wear dark underwear" - he didn't realize there is a difference between pads and tampons - made me laugh!!

...when you open your online banking and see the balance on your line of credit.

...when you constantly on toilet paper inspection.

...when inserting little blue and white pills in your hoo-haa is the most action you're getting.

...when you can look at an u/s monitor and know exactly what you're looking at,

The list is endless!

Been there :(

- When you think about the days of month in terms of what day you are in your cycle

- When you give your DH a list of dates that he must be home so you can have "planned sex"...nothing sexier than that giggle.gif

- When you have an app. on your phone to track you ovulation

- When you think back and laugh about how 'careful' you used to be to not get pregnant

- When you can't even imagine what you would do with all your 'extra' money if you didn't have to pay for IF treatments

When the nurse at your RE gets flustered after you point out her mistakes in the new protocol she gives you (that you've never done before).
