For a couple of weeks I have been unable to edit my signature. When I try, the existing content is there as HTML code rather than regular editable text. I still tried to edit the HTML (pretty straightforward) but I get a page full of errors when I hit save. Am I the only one?

Here is the work around while the software designers rework the coding for future releases. At the bottom left of the signature editor text area, uncheck HTML. Then click on the bbcode icon found at the very top left of the editor. Now you should be able to create a better formatted signature. Note: if adding tickers also choose the code called bbcode (found at the ticker site). Together with the bbcode text area (as noted above) all should work smoothly.

I tried your advice Rick and it didn't work. The following errors showed up at the top of the screen, and the webpage said "Ooops, something went wrong". Also, I already have a ticker. Does your solution mean I need to go and get it again under another type of code (bbcode)? A tech was looking into it this morning. I haven't heard the result of the work but maybe they tweaked it to fix the issue.

The sig editor will be changed when the next major reno is done. In the meantime.. Step 1 - Find HTML toggle Step 2 - Untoggle it Step 3 - Find BBCode button and click it. This will make the editor work with an easier to use editor. If you are bringing in tickers make sure they are the bbcode version. If this doesn't work can you let me know precisely what is being attempted that doesn't work. Thanks Rick Test Again

ET - 4/6 2 embryos transfered on day 2, both grade 3
beta on 4/21 - BFP with an hcg of 62
2nd beta on 4/25 - hcg dropped to 20
3rd beta on 4/29 - hcg negative
moving on to donor egg option
Started meds for 1st donor cycle - November, 2011
DE produced 11 eggs, 9 fertilized, 4 great quality, transferred 2 embryos in December, 2011 - BFN
Diagnosed with thin uterine lining and NK cells
FET scheduled 5/17/12 - BFN
waiting with new known donor to begin cycling
ER - 9/24/12 - 9 eggs retrieved, 4 fertilized, 3 survived
ET - 9/29/12 - 2 embryos transferred (1 grade 4AB, 1 early blastocyst) 1 grade 3AB frozen
10/8/12 - HPT positive!
10/09/12 BFP!!!! HCG = 399
10/11/12 - HCG = 750
10/31/12 - u/s shows heartbeat at 140 and measuring at 11 mm
Next u/s 11/20/12
11/20/12 - u/s shows strong heartbeat and looking more like a baby now
12/3/12 - NT scan u/s shows heartbeat at 165 and measuring at 5.8 cm, looking really cute!
NT results and next u/s on 12/17/12

Hi Rick,
I'm having this issue as well. I followed your instructions in these screen shots and still get the error message. I toggled the bbcode button and then I see the ticker (no the code) but in either case I still get the error message. The ticker is from thebump. screen shots are attached.

TTC#1 - 5 years of trying. 6 IUIs, IVF#1 failed, changed clinics, laproscopic surgery confirmed endo and badly positioned fibroid, abdominal myomectomy to remove fibroids, ready to start IVF and had a cyst! Removed cyst, waited another 3 months for next IVF.
