Hello ladies, just wondering whether anyone has done assisted oocyte activation with calcium ionophore. It is speculated to be useful when the fertilization rates with ICSI are poor. I don't think there are many clinics in Canada that use it but there are a couple of clinics in Toronto that use this technique.

I also know that the Colorado Centre for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM) uses this procedure to treat these situations.

Thanks!

Thanks Hockey! This is the same clinic we are looking to switch to. Can I ask you whether the clinic mentioned that morphology was an issue? If its too personal to discuss on the boards but you don't mind discussing, a PM is fine with me!
