I start my Superfact on the 13th and looking at a transfer somewhere around the first couple weeks in August.

I will be doing a natural cycle FET in August hopefully. Miscarried after our first IVF at 10 weeks. Just got AF last Wednesday already (a little early but I won't complain) So hopefully mid August we can pop a frostie in and FX it sticks!

September 2011 - Clomid 3 rounds all BFN
March 2012 - Start IVF #1 at RFP in Calgary
April 2012 - 16 eggs retrieved, 14 fertilized, 8 5 day blasts
Transfered 1 hatching blast - BFP!!!!! 7 blasts frozen.
May 2012 - 7 week U/S - baby measured good and had heartbeat
June 2012 - Stopped Prometrium 10 weeks, started bleeding 3 days later, U/S showed baby died right after 7 week U/S 
August 25, 2012 - Start Suprefact for FET #1
September 8, 2012 - Start Estrace
September 21, 2012 - U/S Booked!
September 26, 2012 - FET Transferred one perfect blast. F/X
October 6, 2012 - 10dp5dt BFFN

Kristeen ~ Are you doing a medicated FET or natural? Edmonton does medicated because their medicated FET stats aren't very good. Sorry about your miscarraige I start sniffing Suprefact on Friday...can't believe it's time to start already.

Well I think the medicated stats are higher in Calgary too but because I have very regular periods I was told I was a good candidate. I have been charting for the last 4 years (sigh) and I pretty much O on day 14 every month. From what I understand it's just more convenient for the clinic to have you on a medicated cycle as then they can choose when to do the ET. I will have to drive for an hour everyday for blood work for 5 days or so instead of staying in Calgary that long but once they detect the surge in my blood then I do the transfer 4 days later. After my first IVF and a missed miscarriage which I think happened because of the Prometrium (baby died almost 3 weeks before I miscarried) I don't want that to happen to me again. I figure if this one is a bust I will try the medicated on the next one. Good luck to you and I will have my FX for you!

I had the FET today and we transferred a 4AA grade embryo ..I'm trying to be positive and hope it will work ..

I had my first IVF cycle in April but had to freeze my embies due to OHSS. I just had my embryo transfer on Frday July 6th. I'm so anxious and paranoid about everything now I'm going a little crazy. I feel cramping and pressure ( not severe but noticeable) I hope that it's normal! Any advice??

Hey there ladies. Started Estrace last week and am getting my lining check next week. I recently moved clinics (and embryos) so I'm hoping the new clinic and approach will be fruitful. I think I'll be transferring my embryos on the 19th or 20th if the lining looks good.

Today is my 4dp5dt I have no cramps.. ..I dont feel anything.. I know it to early but took a HPT yesterday and was negative...I cant be patient anymore I just want to know if this is working ..my first beta will be on June 17 it seem so far away ..
I have been on Estrance for around 10days ..In the very begining had headache but my budy got used to it so now it's ok..

Hi,
I will join your group to this month for FET. I had a failed IVF in May and will be doing a FET week of July 23. Right now I am on Eustrace 2 pills 3 times a day, anyone else on the same dosage seems so very high?

Me 33 - Unicornuate Uterus, one natural pregancy miscarriage at 11 weeks D&C Sept 2010, havn't been able to get pregnant on my own since
DH: 37 no issues
TTC since March 2011
First Steps Fertility Clinic
IVF #1 with ICSI - May 2012
May 9: Gonal F 300 and repronex 75 daily- 16 eggs retrieved, 10 fertlized
May 23: 1 arrested, remaining 8 are 3-4 cells, 1 is 5+ cells and all 9 are grade 1-2
May 26: ET one AA embryo transferred, 7 frozen- BFN
FET #1- July 27, 2012 two embryos transferred-BFN
Switched to Markham Fertility Clinic
Aug 21: Consult with Dr. Virro
Nov 8: AEB Testing recommends IVIG, Metaformin, Synthroid, elevated NK (immune issues)
IUI#1: Dec 2012: Intralipids- BFN
FET #2-Feb 24, 2013: IVIG adminsitered two days before transfer
March 8, 2013: Surprise BFP as negative home tests, Beta strong 530
April 1, 2013: Viability ultrasound, heartbeat detected, 175
April 30: 3 month ultrsound EDO Nov 12, 165

Mort- It doesn't sound that high of a dose, I'll be on Estrace 3 pills 3x day.

I just had a biopsy/scratch test yesterday. Ouch! Have any of you ladies had one done before an embryo transfer? I'm really hoping it does the trick this time.

Zeukko- how's the Estrace? I start mine in a week or two.
I haven't noticed any side effects other than a discharge like I'm ovulating. No headaches. Perhaps a little tired but I'm teaching summer school so that could do it.

I'm on 1 2mg pill 3x a day. Started with 4mg a day then 6mg. It reduces down to 4mg with transfer and remains until the beta. I guess the dosage varies accordingly?

I'm on estrace three times per day PLUS twice per day vaginally. So that's 10 mg per day. I think my dose is high!

I've had the biopsy done twice. It didn't work the first time so I hope it does this time. Not a pleasant experience!

Mind if I join? Waiting for AF to come so I can strat my Estrace. Should be transferring somewhere in August. How many will you ladies transfer? I am doing one as I had a very difficult pregnancy. It would be too dangerous for me or the babies if I were pregnant with twins. I am hopefull but at the same time realist that I might not get so lucky again. I have 6 tries so hopefully one will work. if not, DH and I have agreed to enjoy our little miracle as the doctors said the chances of finding sperm again are slim to none...
Nili, what amazin grade for your embryo, hope it brings luck... Mine are 1 x day5-3bb and 5 x day6-4bb. Not sure which one we will end-up transferring.

November 1st - BETA 941 - BFP
November 17th - early U/S as bleeding, 2 sacs, one heartbeat, sad for the little bean lost but happy for the other healthy one
Dec.7th - Bleeding - 9w5d ultrasound - Little one measuring 3cm with a strong heartbeat of 171.
Dec.23rd - Bleeding - 12w - NT ultrasound - Everything is on track. Baby moving +++.
Feb.4th - 18 weeks ultrasound, healthy baby but it refused to show it's private parts!!! Cervix 4,9cm
March 8th - 3D ultrasound 22w5d, we are having a BOY!!!
March17th - More bleeding - Bedrest for the rest of the pregnancy, Cervix down to 2,2cm. Hospitalised March 22nd. Bake as long as you can Alexandre
April 1st - Cervix 1.8cm, More fibroid pain!
May 13th - Cervix down to 1.2cm. After 8 long weeks in the hospital 5 hours away from DH, finally discharged home. I will never forget why I did this!!!
June 16th (37w0d) - Water broke at 4:40am, baby still breech, emergency c-section. Baby Alexandre was born at 07:31am and is doing great. We are totally in love!
