What have others done to scrapbook their unique process towards pregnancy? Those poor friends of mine who have misused out on the joys of ivf, haven't seen their eggs so have just put in fetus ultrasound pics or recordings of the baby's heartbeat. What have creative ivf moms done!

Well (and I write this while I should be getting other things done...bad IVF mommy), I put everything into a presentation binding. All my journaling, the medical records that mattered, etc. Not very creative, but there was ALOT of stuff. I also printed off my most treasured IVF.ca threads from when I was cycling. Brings it all back when I look at it (the smiles and the tears).

2008 - 7 IUI's in Seattle, using Femera- All BFN
2009 IVF/ICSI #1 @ PCRM - Canceled Long Lupron, no response (of course!)
2009 IVF/ICSI #2 @ PCRM - BFP, but low HCG (49 @ 11dp3dt), chemical
2010 IVF/ICSI #3 @ VFC - BFP!! Third time was a charm!

Little Ronnie, my Winter Solstice baby was born December 22nd 9:36am, 6lbs 13oz 19.5" long

I just made a photo baby book for my daughter with all our embryo photos, u/s photos, mommy's belly pics, her birth, and her first few months. I hope it's a nice keep sake for her.

Unexplained IF/ DOR. Began TTC in 2008.
After a wild and crazy ride on the treatment train, our baby GIRL arrived on Jan 6, 2012
Hold on.... Surprise spontaneous just 7 months postpartum while still breastfeeding!!! Baby boy born May 2, 2013
My heart couldn't be more full :)

Did any of you ladies display the embryo dish? During the transfer my doctor handed me the dish which all our little embies grew in and now im at a loss for how to display it or what creative thing i can do with it.

I didn't get the dish. Maybe you could do a shadow box with that and the hospital bracelet...

I plan on making a scrapbook or a mini-album for my baby or babies if the TWW ends with a BFP. I have the picture of the embryos and I would like my child (or children) to know how they came to be :)

Dec 3rd 2012 - ER: 6 eggs retrieved - 3 fertilized
Dec 6th 2012 - ET: 2 grade 1 embryos transferred
Dec 19th 2012 - Beta test
Dec 20th 2012 - BFN
March 13th 2013 - First meeting at Fertility Ontario
Start Lupron
September 4 - start gonal-f and menopur
September 8 - cetrotide shot
September 12 - start daily cetrotide

September 16th - ER  10 eggies retrieved/9 fertilized

September 21st - 5 day transfer - 1 blastocyst transferred

Beta - Oct 3

AF shows her ugly head - Oct 5th

I started the scrap book (from embryo till birth )and couldn't finish ,and now I have a big box full of pictures ,first clothes ,footprint ,hospital bracelet ,first toy
I like ladylazarus idea ,may be I should do that , it will be more organized that way

1st ivf cycle nov/05 developed mild ohss again DEC 2ND/05 BFP u/s small sac slow heart beat small fetus misscariage at 9 weeks 1 day
fet may 06 -cancelled due to very rare -sub acute viral thyroiditis
fet oct 20-bfp ,beta 700 on nov 1 ,1700 on nov 3,3900 on nov 5 u/s 2 small sacs ,slow heart beat small fetuses m/c nov 23/06 ,day of our 9th wedding annivrsay
1 blast still frozen
IVF#2 july 07 7 BLASTS FROZEN 2 normal 2 have trisomies 3 not tested less than 6 cell on day 3 fet oct 25/07,transferred 2 instead of one ...oops
1st beta nov 2 bfp (again) 23,2nd beta 83 ,3rd beta 371 u/s nov 21 hb 118 bpm
