Woohoo tantan64!

I scored myself an extra ultrasound at 10weeks. Gonna be a guinea pig for the local emergency room residents as they learn ultrasound in early pregnancy! Don't have to wait till 13 weeks now

Congratulations Tantan64! I understand your cautiousness but I'll keep my fingers crossed that your beta doubles in two days.

Has anyone taken steps to begin the OB or midwife referral process? I meet with my GP on July 4th for an OB referral. I would have liked to use a midwife but as we're expecting twins, I think that automatically eliminates that option for us.

I've been feeling pretty good these days. Hard to believe I'm 7w4d pregnant with twins. My symptoms are so mild. On Friday we have our next ultrasound appointment. Hoping that both babies are doing well. I'm a bit nervous but we had a great ultrasound last Friday so no reason to think anything has changed.

How is everyone else doing?

I have my first OB appointment on July 13 at exactly 11 weeks.  I am currently still seeing the doctor at the clinic. I am being weaned off the meds. I had an appointment yesterday at 7w5d and got to see the little one growing exactly on time, the next one will be at 8w5d.  I think I have about two more appointments left, one next week and the week after before I graduate to an OB.

my medical group is pretty easy with an online system I am able to send my GP an email so for a referral to an OB I sent her a quick message. She gave me a list of ones in the group she recommended which were a few I was already looking at. The one I wanted gets booked pretty quickly so I am glad I was able to get an appointment with her for mid July.

my doctor at my clinic did suggest that I book an appointment with the OB for about 3 weeks out.

Woohoo! Got my blood work back from yesterday which would be 15 days and my HCG was 1399.  I am scheduled for an ultrasound on Saturday so nervous and excited.  Had to previous chemical pregnancies but so far this one has been acting the best.

Skreoze I feel you on the sickness it has been kicking in for the last couple of days but for some reason today it hasn't come back. Lemonade and crackers.. oh wait peaches and cottage cheese have been my life savers.  Seems early for all of the morning sickness but I am taking it as a good sign.

Congrats Nanci!th_abfp.gif I will be exactly at 5 weeks tomorrow! yahoo.gif

I am still nervous about selecting an OB I am unsure of when I should schedule... I did start researching OB's in my area I wouldn't mind a mid wife but I do not think I have any options in my area (smaller city) but might start looking into that as an option as well.

kandycottom, my medical group has one midwife but I decided to go with an OB. My sister in law is an OB, so she is currently my virtual OB it is nice that I always have her for any questions as well especially being able to call her any hour. I didn't schedule an OB until the clinic suggested I schedule one I can understand being nervous about it.

Congrats on the HCG, the number sounds great.

I haven't been too sick, but I am super gassy, bloated, extra moody, and really tired.  I do have food aversion, but no puking thankfully. Still I get sick thinking about most food except pizza or yogurt...so while I am not eating a variety, I've gained weight which I hate because it is from me not working out anymore but eating because I am constantly starving. My dh is overly cautious and prefers that I don't workout at least until the 2nd trimester...so for him I am making a compromise.

I do get a 4 to 5 hour nauseous feeling around 3 that last until about 8 pm or so...I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is as worse at it will get.  I seem to get more symptoms as I am being weaned off the meds.

Freshview- I am not in Ontario I am in the US in Arizona.. Thank you though!  I will start searching today... Energy levels are low.. :(

Jaia-- That would be wonderful to have a sister in law that is an OB!!  Much better than googling everything lol!   I think I am going to wait until after my first or second ultrasound before I schedule I am just afraid of jinxing things.  Silly I know but it works for now lol.  I have not thrown up yet but the waves of nausea are horrid!!  I wake up in the middle of the night with them.  I tried pizza a couple of nights ago and my stomach was not happy something about the marinara just made me sick thinking about it.  I was discussing the foods I like with my mother and some reason artificial cinnamon came up and the more she talked about it the sicker it made me.. UGH!  Right now for some reason fruit sounds really good I have peaches and cottage cheese and it seems to stay down.  I understand my dh will not let me do anything and I am not fighting him to much because I am scared too.  I hope your nauseous feelings stay relatively mild *fingers crossed*

I'm so nauseous too. I've officially entered Hashbrown Town. My favourite nauseous pregnancy food. I haven't thrown up yet either but I need to eat regularly and breakfast is really hard to get down. The fatigue is intense too. I'm still glad for it though.

I stopped into our GP on our way home from Ottawa last week and I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow.  My due date is February 4th and team yellow for us - we can't wait to find out, lol!!

The nausea has started for me this week, too. It's manageable but I really hope it doesn't get worse!

Do you think it's crazy if my husband and I don't find out our twins' genders? I always wanted to stay team green but I don't know if that's a bit strange now that we are expecting two at once.

Hi guys! I'd like to join also. I had my 2nd beta today and my numbers doubled!! If calculations are right, i am due Feb 28.
A little background: after multiple iuis, i had first transfer in March..got a BFP..and miscarried in april. Broke our hearts to say the least. I just had my second transfer June 12 and got a BFP!!! my numbers doubled and I'm excited but very cautious. I love the support that pours from these forums and I am so happy to he able join this one.

Thanks everyone. I go back tomorrow for my second blood work to see of my HCG is moving.

Nanci and Bay, we are FET triplets. Mine was also June 12 and as of right now my proposed due date is Feb 28.

I'm active duty military so my OB will be at the military hospital (well for right now) I just want to get past the next couple weeks before I start getting too excited and plan anything. I'm still on shock at the moment about being pregnant. Lol I cried on the phone a little bit at work yesterday when my doc said she had positive news.

I love how supportive you ladies are.I'm soooo glad I found this group. I'm Definitely praying for all of us.
