Fever 4 days post FET. If it were infection from the procedure, would I have had a fever sooner? I will leave a message for the nurses but assume I won't hear until morning.
janny82I would assume if from the procedure it wouldn't necessarily happen sooner as bacteria can take some time to culture and cause infection. Although if you took a prophylactic antibiotic like doxycycline it's likely not from the FET. Any other symptoms? Try to take some Tylenol, get lots of rest and fluids and hopefully it will pass. Hugs

I wish I was in a position to quit my job or had motivation to finish my resume and find a new one. At least I can focus on being PUPO and find joy in that!
My little miracle decided to arrive early at 25w1d on 9/1. She continues to amaze me every day, so much strength in such a little package!

Hugs to everyone. Sad to be a year older... still no baby in my arms only more medical problems.
pcanoeOh Lumnay my heart aches for you, the dreaded another year older and nothing to show for it... I know exactly how you feel and it is the shits, my birthday hopes for you is for you and the hubs to do something fun - dinner, movie, bowling and thoroughly enjoy yourself and try not to think about everything going on with your IF world. Happy Birthday my friend, I'll be thinking of you.
Sep 23 2016 06:29 PM
lumnayThank you! You are very kind. I quietly worked all day even though all I wanted was to stay home and sleep. Today would have been the due date of my 1st FET, hence the drama. (Hahaha) I'm sure I'll be fine tomorrow.

Has anyone ever had their progesterone level drop and still carried to term? My level last week was 36 and one week later it's 26. Still in the normal range but lower. I'm on progesterone support twice daily and my betas have been increasing well. There always has to be something to worry about.
amazing graceSGD I usually am given suppositories 3x/d and oral prometrium 3/d. Hope all is well, let me know how things are going.

SGDI keep spotting old brown blood. They found a bleed at my u/s 2 weeks ago in my uterus.
I'm not stressing over it. I've become so jaded with my losses that I can't even allow myself to get too excited.
I got for bloodwork again this week. If progesterone has dropped again I will ask to be put on more, either orally or vaginally.
My next u/s isn't until October 7th. I should be about 9.5 weeks at that point.

want2babiesI've always found the wait for the next b/w or u/s very hard. hang in there. some women spot during their entire pregnancy and things are ok. it is very hard emotionally though. best of luck and keep us posted. baby measuring on track and has a nice heartbeat is the most important thing.

I'm on the down-reg part of an FET cycle and I realized this morning that I forgot to take my BC yesterday. So I informed DH that we had better not have sex or we could get pregnant. And then we laughed and laughed....

what do people think of this cord blood storage thing?
amp77I don't think cord blood is automatically stored here. From what I recall, we have to sign something to allow that.
Sep 23 2016 07:38 AM
nervus optimistIt is sometimes possible to do both delayed cord clamping and cord blood storage, but not always. We had requested to do both, but had an emergency C-section so I have no idea when the cord was clamped, but they were able to get enough cord blood to save. It's one of those things that is not likely you'll ever need, but if you can do it then why not.

amazing graceI WOULD CONSIDER IT.
