State of mind

Posted by Mikkie in Mikkie's Blog, 23 October 2014 · 4 views
ivf, single, donor

I guess I have to say almost 8 weeks now, but I still say 5. The books make you count from the first day of your period , that would have been 02/09. Pick up was 19/09 and placement of the little Peanut was 22/09.
Since then I have been a nervous ball of worry, something that is apparently normal.
I am very grateful of all the nice responses on this site....

I am 2 days away from the 12 week milestone with this pregnancy. I've never made it so far! I have an OB appointment tomorrow and will ask for a doppler so that  I can have some reassurance that all is still well inside with the babies. My last ultrasound was at 10 weeks 5 days. My NT scan is next week and I am more than a little anxious.

I'm going to vent....again. Seems like that's all I do on here lately! Trust me, I'm not a miserable person all of the time. I promise. This is just the place I can come and let out all of the negative emotions I have that I keep to myself in my everyday life.

A "good" friend of mine that I've known for 20+ years asked this week if my husband and I...

We've known for a while that the most likely culprit for our m...
