Here we go again........

So after going through my 4th miscarraige in two years I finally got my period. Going through a miscarraige can be such a long and stressfull process. Not only do you loose your much wanted baby but it feels like you loose your body and emotional well being. It can take weeks for your pregnancy hormones to get back to normal and to get your period again....
