I have talked about it and today is the day where I begin my diet to lose weight...Doing good so far and will focus because BABY is definatly the motivation here...When I was on the treadmill I just kept focusing on the long term goal while the damn dance music was pumping thru the speakers
On another note my girlfriend delivered her baby yesterday at 12:39 and I am going over later to meet the little guy; which I am sure will just bring a flood of emotions. Mommy and baby are great and healthy.

Reminds me how years and years ago when I quit smoking (BRUTAL HABIT) how I would picture the little baby with a cigarette in it's mouth. That was all the inspiration I needed to quit, years before we even conceived.

When I was needing to get my BMI in the healthy rage a few years ago I had some tricks to keeping myself in check.
I took a picture of myself with a pillow under my shirt to look like I was pregnant, I then put it on the fridge.
I also kept a small sample size of baby powder in the car, if I was thinking about hitting a drive thru I would quickly smell it and suddenly the burger didnt seem so tempting.
I was able to loose 60 pounds and it was well worth it.
You can do this!!!
